Madeline
Madeline loves to discover and explore, not only the visual and the landscape, but the whole world around her. She’s the type of person who gets lost on the streets, but if she has the analog camera with her, she can easily find herself. She’s shooting places and people in natural moods, spontaneous, which awakens in her a sentiment of belonging.
You meet her most of the time on the streets, there is her studio. There she participates in the scene, she’s connected with the world, meets and sees new places and people, which she captures on the film roll. On the streets she can enjoy all that chance and change.
With film rolls she gives life to the analog cameras which she found on flea markets -it’s her plan to save analog photography. She does it since 2010, first year of high school when she first met with an analog camera.
The habit continues until today. On the habits list is included the pleasure to create analog collages, to cut and paste from magazines. Doing so, random images turn into something new. She likes to cut from every magazine she can find. It’s her way of creatively recycle. Through her collages, she succeeds to put on scene her unscreened ideas.
